CAR RENTAL SAVINGS

To obtain special Volvo On Call discounted rates at the Hertz rental counter or when calling to make your reservations, identify yourself as a Volvo On Call member and be prepared to give the appropriate I.D. number. You will also need your driver's license, a major credit card and your Volvo On Call membership number. If you pay by cash, a substantial deposit will be required. CAR THEFT PROTECTION REWARDS

To help discourage would-be thieves, we will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information provided to the police by a private citizen (On Call members, law enforcement officials and their families excluded) that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone stealing a member's car. This can be a valuable benefit since a significant number of stolen autos are recovered with the help of an eyewitness to the crime. Protect your car by placing the reward decal you have in your membership package on the inside of your left rear window, next to the front door.

MAP ROUTING PATHFINDER

What better way to enjoy your Volvo than to plan a road trip? And the best way to do that is to use the Computerized Trip Routing and Map Services, available free of charge through Volvo On Call.

The trip routing package includes everything you will need to get a trip off to a great start, including customized computerized trip routing that indicates the fastest or most scenic routes, distance between stops, route numbers, projected driving time, and more.

The easy-to-follow trip routing information is compiled from our database of over 160,000 cities, towns and points of interest across the U.S., and is updated regularly to provide the most accurate service.

Appropriate trip and destination maps complement the routing. Just call 1-800-638-6586 to receive a trip package. Please allow sufficient time for fulfillment and mailing of your request.

RETAIL REFERRAL

If you are away from home and need to locate the nearest Volvo Retailer, simply call 1-800-638-6586. Tell the operator you need Volvo Referral Service and give the location (city, state, nearest location) of the phone you are calling from. The operator will give you the address and phone number of the nearest authorized Volvo Retailer. Volvo On Call assumes no liability for repairs or their timeliness.

TRIP INTERRUPTION GUARANTEE

Trip interruption expense benefits are provided in the event of a warranty-related disablement or a traffic accident occurring more than 150 miles from your primary residence. Included is reasonable reimbursement for meals, lodging, car rental and commercial transportation expenses. Volvo On Call must be supplied with original receipts to qualify for reimbursement. Trip interruption coverage is limited to a total of $500.00 per incident and it is required that you contact Volvo On Call to obtain pre-authorization of claims' expenses.

If an owner who has activated his or her trip interruption benefits must return home or to his or her final destination before repairs are completed on their disabled Volvo, Volvo On Call, will, in conjunction with trip interruption benefits, arrange to have the vehicle transported to the owner's choice of location.

For reimbursement related to a traffic accident, please provide a copy of the accident report obtained from the police with all original receipts.

For a mechanical disablement, please provide the original itemized repair bill. Tire failure is not applicable.
