EMERGENCY START

Roadside Assistance by Authorized Servicer Includes the Following for Emergency Start:

If your Volvo won't start, we'll attempt to start it. If it can't be started, it will be towed subject to the towing options:

Tire Service
We will change a flat tire with your inflated spare tire. If you don't have a spare tire, you will be towed, according to the towing options. We do not cover the cost of a tire repair, the installation of a new tire onto the wheel, or the second service call to return a repaired tire to the disabled vehicle. If your tires are covered under warranty, refer to information in your glove box for warranty coverage.

Fuel Delivery
We'll have an emergency supply of fuel delivered to you. You only have to pay for the gasoline/diesel fuel. There is no charge for delivery.

Winching
We will provide winching service in the event of an accident to extract your vehicle from mud, snow or a ditch.

EMERGENCY TOWING

Emergency Towing by Authorized Servicer Includes the Following:

We will tow your Volvo if it can't be started or driven without causing damage. You have these towing options:

• Towing, without charge to the CLOSEST authorized Volvo Retailer, regardless of the distance.
• Towing, without charge, to the driver's choice of an authorized Volvo Retailer within a 25-mile radius from point of disablement.
• Towing, upon driver's request, to a destination other than a Volvo Retailer. The driver is responsible for all charges over ten miles from point of disablement. If the 1-800-638-6586 network becomes overloaded due to severe weather conditions, you may choose an independent servicer and be reimbursed up to a maximum of $100.00. Volvo cannot guarantee that repair facilities will be open or the promptness of repairs.

LOST KEYS OR LOCKOUT

If your ignition key is lost, broken or accidentally locked inside your Volvo, you must call 1-800-638-6586 to obtain service or authorization for service. Note: Since authorized servicers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Volvo Cars of North America, LLC, or your authorized Volvo Retailer, they cannot assume liability for any damage to a member's vehicle resulting from the rendering of service or for personal items left in the vehicle. Any claims to the property or person of a member must be filed against the service facility.
