MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Most membership benefits are applicable 24 hours a day. Membership covers your Volvo when in need of assistance no matter where you travel in the United States.

Eligibility
Roadside Assistance and towing coverage applies to your new or pre-owned Volvo and any licensed driver driving it with your permission anywhere in the United States. All other Volvo On Call benefits are available only to the Volvo owner of record and spouse.

Your Membership Card
Your Volvo On Call membership card will be sent to you approximately 30 days after delivery of your Volvo. Please keep this material in your glove box for identification in the event you need Volvo On Call services. In the meantime, you may use the card provided in your membership package in the back of the Volvo On Call Manual.

Terms of On Call Membership
Your Volvo On Call membership begins when you receive your new Volvo and continues without charge for four years. The expiration date will appear on your membership card. Volvo On Call services are applicable only to your Volvo. If you sell your Volvo, your On Call membership may be transferred to the new owner/lessee for the balance of the original four-year term.

Membership Dues
There is no charge to you for your initial 4-year membership on your new vehicle. Upon the expiration of the initial 4-year term, you may purchase annual extensions of your membership. The member will not be required to pay any sum in addition to the amount specified in the contract, for any services thus specified. You can cancel the purchased extension at any time. Upon such cancellation, the prorated, unused portion of the annual membership dues shall be refunded to you with no other deductions.
